COE ADOPTED REC ON BIOLOGICAL MATERIALS

The Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe adopted a new Recommendation on research on biological materials of human origin on 11 May 2016. The current Recommendation REC(2016)6 succeeds the Recommendation(2006)4; it was developed following a public consultation process involving all the stakeholders, in particular medical associations, scientists, ethics bodies, and patient organisations. CM/Rec(2016)6
