Benefit/tasks for BBMRI-ERIC: BBMRI-ERIC will contribute to WP2, supporting a literature mapping and research gap analysis of the basic and translational sciences in the area of personalised prevention. Specifically, BBMRI will support mapping the relevant EU and national/regional infrastructures that manage genomic and health/clinical data in Europe and the organisational and structural needs to integrate Personalised Prevention in the health systems alongside affiliated entities European Molecular Biology Laboratory (ELIXIR), Karolinska Institutet (KI), Instituto Nacional de Saude Dr. Ricardo Jorge (INSA), Tartu Ulikoo (UTARTU), and Universiteit Gent (UGENT). BBMRI-ERIC will also support other affiliated entities in WP1 and WP5-7 in SRIA development and dissemination, communication and exploitation.
