Submit your reply to the public consultation on the WP29 Guidelines on Consent (GDPR)

The Article 29 Working Party has adopted a document titled “Guidelines on Consent under Regulation 2016/679” to clarify the requirements of the EU GDPR and has initiated a public consultation on these guidelines which will be open until January 23, 2018.

We urge you to submit a reply to the public consultation to raise your voice and make the case for research. Please note that the Common Service ELSI is working on a joint reply in collaboration with the National Nodes.
